Fees & Rebates

Medicare

If you receive a referral and a Mental Health Care Plan (Item 2710) from your GP, you are entitled to a Medicare rebate of $98.95 per session for 10 sessions per calendar year.

SIRA (WorkCover)

Sam is a SIRA-approved psychologist, meaning that if you suffered psychological injury in the workplace, then you may be able to receive therapy paid for by NSW Workers’ Compensation. You will be required to provide a referral from your GP or Psychiatrist. A SIRA medical certificate will also need to be provided at the initial session.

Private Health Funds

Most private Health Funds offer a rebate. Please check with your fund to see if you are covered.

Cancellations

A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to ensure enough time is provided to allow others requiring assistance to be booked in. A full fee will be charged if less than 24-hours notice is given or missed without notice.
